Dr. Cruz graduated from University of San Carlos of Guatemala in 1979. He finished general surgical training at Institute of Social Security in 1985. Dr. Cruz came to Toronto and became a cardiac fellow in Cardiothoracic Surgery of Toronto General Hospital at University of Toronto from 1987 to 2000. He then works in Anaesthesia Dept at St Michael Hospital as chief TEE specialist focusing on cardiac perioperative Trans Esophageal Echocardiography (TEE). Dr. Cruz is a fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography. |

Dr.Wang, 1977-1985, earned his medical and master degree (class 77) from Shandong Medical University, China. 1988-1989, he went to Japan Wakayama Medical University for medical EM training. 1993-1999, he went to Canada for Ph.D and postdocteroal training at Univ. of Regina and Univ of Toronto. 1999-2005, Dr.Wang completed his pathology resident/fellowship training at Univ. of Hahnemann/Florida, Roswell Cancer Institute in New York State and Beaumont Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, USA.
Since 2005, Dr.Wang has been as a staff pathologist and since 2006 till present, Dr.Wang has been as a medical director/chief for pathology and laboratory service, at Zone 5 Hospital (previous Campbellton Regional Hospital)/Vitalite Health Network, New Brunswick, Canada . Dr.Wang has many publications, books/chapters and has been a chairperson, member of many committees and societies. His clinical practice, teaching and research interests include of oncology pathology, forensic medicine, clinical application of stem cell and transfusion medicine. |
