This October of 2022 is the 95th anniversary of Shanghai Medical College at Fudan University. On behalf of BMDAC, Dr. Errett sent a video to express his congratulations. Some members of BMDAC have visited the hospitals of Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University and truly impressed by the care, the research and the teaching that goes on there. BMDAC have partnered with your various hospital and are proud to do so. BMDAC is pleased to be part of this celebration and we hope to continue this in the future.

Coordinated by Ms. Lulu Mi, Trade Commissioner (Life Sciences), Consulate General of Canada, BMDAC and Fosun Health, a global innovation-driven consumer group dedicated to providing high-quality health products and services around the world had the first online meeting on September 19. The potential cooperation in medical exchanges especially visiting scholarship program have been discussed with Mr. Wu Dan, Deputy General Manager, International Cooperation, Fosun Health.

Dr. Yuan Zhou, Executive VP and Dr. David Dai, Secretary General have been selected to receive the Queen's Platinum Jubilee pin by the advisory panel from Don Valley North. Mr. Han Dong, Member of Parliament, presented the certificates and pins of the award, which recognize the significant contributions of BMDAC for medical exchanges between Canada and China, and the great donations to the local hospitals and communities during the pandemic. Some BMDAC members have also attended the award ceremony. Congratulations!
