Nov 25, 2016: Spine surgeon, Dr. Haijun Li from Taizhou People's Hospital finished his three-month study at Spine Division of St. Michael's Hospital. He will be promoted to be the new chief spine surgeon after he goes back to China. He learned a lot from Dr. Ginsberg and Dr. Ahn. Dr. Wubing Tang, the oncologist from Fushan Nanhai People's Hospital also finished his three-month study at Oncology/ Hematology Division of St. Michael's Hospital. He appreciated Dr. Brezden-Masley's help greatly.

Oct 18, 2016, Dr. Zhou, Yuan, Vice President of BMDAC met a group of visitors from Yanan city, Shanxi province, let by Mr. Yao, Jingjiang, Deputy Mayor of Yanan city. Mr. Yao highly praised continuous efforts and actions of BMDAC to promote medical exchange program between Canada and China. On behalf of local government, Mayor Yao welcomes medical team of BMDAC to visit his city, which will help to improve the level of medical care locally. Dr. Zhou also appreciated the support from local government and expressed that BMDAC will cooperate and promote the exchange program. Mayor Yao presented an album of Dr. Bethune to BMDAC.
