November 16, 2017 BMDAC was invited by Chinese General Consulate of Toronto to attend the banquet for Reception of Vice Consul General Xu Wei and His Successor Zhuang YaoDong.

BMDAC medical exchange trip to China in October |
October 8 - 22, 2017: BMDAC organized 11 medical teams from McGill University, University of Montreal, University of Toronto, McMaster University, Sherbrooke University, and University of Ottawa in the middle of October. They visited 23 hospitals in China during a period of two weeks, about more than 30 people were involved. Teams include: Oncology team ( Dr. Eric Chen), Clinical Biochemistry team (Dr Jianqing Tang), Cardiology team (Dr. Michael Kutryk), CCU team (Dr. Ying Tung Sia), Cardiac surgical team (Dr. Dominique Shum-Tim), Diabetic team (Dr. Gary Lewis / Tianru Jin), Thoracic Surgery team (Dr Paul Chiasson), Spine team (Dr. Henry Ahn), Ophthalmology team (Dr. David Wong), Research team (Prof. Mingyao Liu), Respiratory rehab team (Dr. Darryl Huang / Angela Shaw).
